The first phase of the reclaimed aluminum project has three advanced aluminum alloy production lines. The value of waste aluminum resources can be maximized through the technology of removing impurities and protecting the grade of waste aluminum. 1 # casting aluminum alloy production line includes 1 double chamber furnace, 1 aluminum melting furnace, 1 heat preservation furnace, 2 ingot casting lines and stacking robots. This production line has been put into trial production on May 8. In the later stage, it will gradually produce ADC12, ACD10, A380 and other casting aluminum alloy products. The waste aluminum recovered by itself and the waste aluminum produced by the disassembly of scrap cars will be transported through its own supporting and advanced crushing line and sorting line, after highly automated metal crushing and sorting, it is re processed into aluminum alloy ingots or aluminum liquid for sale, and then used by downstream enterprises to cast auto parts.


The trial production of 2 # and 3 # deformed aluminum alloy lines began in August this year. Line 2 # mainly produces deformed aluminum alloy - 3104 tank body and tank cover material. The recycled waste cans are stripped and melted into 3-Series aluminum water, which is directly recycled to downstream units for remanufacturing cans, and finally realizes the recycling from "cans" to "cans".


Line 3 # mainly produces deformed aluminum alloy - 6 series profiles, melts the recycled waste aluminum alloy door and window materials into 6063 molten aluminum, and directly distributes the molten aluminum to the aluminum rod enterprises in the local industrial park, so as to realize the recycling and reuse of molten aluminum without landing.


After the recycled aluminum project is put into operation, it will provide support for the Zouping aluminum industry chain, fill the vacancy of raw materials for the outward transfer of electrolytic aluminum production capacity in Binzhou, solve the problem of insufficient raw materials in downstream aluminum processing enterprises, and be conducive to local energy conservation and emission reduction. It is also a beneficial supplement for Binzhou to build a 500 billion level aluminum industry cluster.
